BJJ Lifestyle

Make a healthy choice!

In our busy lives it is important to make time for endeavors which allow us to focus on our own physical and mental well being. The challenges and rewards associated with practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu affect the way we handle ourselves on and off the mats. Choosing a BJJ lifestyle inspires us to make healthy choices, overcome obstacles, and strive to lead positive and fulfilling lives. We provide a safe, clean, and friendly environment where recreational practitioners and competitive athletes alike can experience the many benefits Jiu-Jitsu has to offer.

Our programs help children develop important skills they can use in all aspects of their lives. Call us to find out more about how Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can enrich your child's life.

Adult BJJ

Our adult program follows a structured curriculum with a focus on basic and advanced BJJ techniques as well as self defence techniques. Whether you are brand new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or a seasoned veteran, these classes have something for everybody.

Muay Thai (Ages 10+)

Our NoGi program is a fast paced class focusing on techniques we use without the gi (uniform). This class will focus on takedowns from standing and learning to control your opponent without the comfort of Gi grips while on your feet and on the ground.
